Ningbo Ningli High-Strength Fastener Co., Ltd., established in 1984 and named Zhenhai High-Strength Fastener Industrial Company before 1993, specializes in the production of high-strength fasteners with total assets of over USD15 million, and registered capital of USD4.3 million. With the development of the last 20 years, we have more than 460 employees and occupy an area of 45,000 square meters, with 38,000 square meters of that as construction area. We have set up 15 sub-companies in China. Along with social development and market expansion, we have established a new factory named Jiangsu Ningli High-Strength Fastener Co., Ltd in September, 2005. The new factory occupies 86,000 square meters.

We boast a technically rich work force, as well as complete production equipment and testing machines. Our main production equipment consists of: 4 heat treatment lines which can heat 1.5MT of fasteners per hour, over 100 cold bolt-makers (from 47-6 to 47-24), 4 sets of mid-frequency bolt-makers and 20 sets of suited facilities. Our main testing machines include: 100MT tensile machine, hardness tester, impact tester, magnetic particle flaw detector and a full set of physicochemical metallographic facilities. We obtained ISO9002 international quality inspection certification in 1999 and ISO9001:2002 certification in 2002.

We primarily produce GB70, DIN912 hexagonal socket head cap screws, GB5782, GB5783, DIN931, DIN933 hexagonal bolts, automobile fasteners (GB5787,GB5789,DIN6921), GB1228, DIN6914 high-strength hexagonal bolts for steel structures, GB27 hexagonal hole reaming bolts, GB3632 high-strength torsion shear bolts for steel structures, GB6170, DIN934 nuts, and T-heads, studs, square heads, countersunk heads, set and nonstandard bolts, with sizes from m4 to m100 (no limit for length), grades of 6.8, 8.8, 10.9, 12.9, B7, L7, B7M, and made of 35#, 40Cr, 35CrMoA, 42CrMoA, 25Cr2MoVA, 20MinTiB and stainless steel materials.
